Hello All...

I have already made my way to the Mid-Ohio area.  I am just chillin' in my hotel room right now.  I just wasted the last couple hours getting settled and working this iCrack site!

I have to send a shout out to Josh Hayes, David Allen Grier, Jake Holden, The Middle Show (Az Gobert) and of course Aaron Yates for helping raise over $100,000 for the NephCure Foundation a couple days ago.  I hear it was a great event... to bad I have no celebrity anymore or cameras to be able to go... oh well.

My boy Evan Williams reported on www.superbikeplanet.com about the rumblings of a Superpole in AMA Superbike racing.  Evan brings up the point of TV coverage.  The entire reason for Superpole in the first place was entirely for TV.  If there is no coverage it just does not make any sense.  Plus the tight daily schedule as well... where are you going to put it?

Tomorrow I will get a first hand look at the freshly paved Mid-Ohio circuit.  The truth of the matter for me is I never liked this joint!  I can say it totally sucked for me!  When I was racing AMA Superbike Nationals I was so full of head cheese about the surface of Mid-Ohio that I could never get out of my own way!  Well, one time I kinda figured stuff out and then crashed my F-N brains out on a freshly painted Offbeat Productions "MR. WHITE" Mr. Clean replica helmet.  It was and awesome lid...1st session out... BLAM!!  I hit the deck so hard the last thing I remember thinking was, Did I leave the iron on?... its a long story as to why it happened, but the bottom line was, it happened.  So now, with new pavement and the curbs shaved down, I am looking forward to enjoying one great layout.  I am also looking forward to hanging with some riders tomorrow.  I love to meet new people and listen to their motorcycle stories.  It will be hot as hell, but I hope that my bicycle riding is going help me with the physical effort to ride hard in the heat!

I am going to try and take some pictures and stuff tomorrow.  I will also try to post those pictures.  The weekend gets busy, so hang with me.  I get up at 6 AM... shower, eat then off to the track.  I am working all day until 6:30PM, then I am going to try and get some bike rides in, then off to dinner, then back to the hotel.  So we'll see what I have time for.

Well, I am off to bed.  I was going to comment on Floyd Landis's synthetic testosterone stuff... but at the moment I am so over it.  Saturday we'll find out his "B" sample (it will be positive) and then we go from there.  I still believe in FL!
